Position overview: Responsible for administrative and logistical support, including records management, personnel schedules, transportation coordination, shipping, housing, equipment, supplies, and reporting. Key responsibilities: Maintain personnel, property, maintenance, and operational records. Prepare reports, duty schedules, and timesheets. Coordinate transportation, security clearance, housing, and logistics for personnel. Coordinate shipping and ensure compliance with customs procedures. Manage billeting, storage, maintenance, equipment, and supplies. Maintain accurate electronic inventory and accounting records. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Required qualifications: U.S. citizenship is required. Minimum 21 years old. Bachelor's degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or Certified Professional Property Specialist certification. Minimum 3 years of administrative and logistics support experience. At least 2 years in property management, including experience in areas such as inventory, audits, acquisition, transfers, receiving, records, or property accounting. At least 1 year of overseas procurement and logistics management experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance. Must meet required medical, physical, and contractual standards. Strong English speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension skills. Additional requirements: Pre-employment medical, physical, drug, and psychological examinations. Paid pre-deployment training is required. Benefits: Furnished housing provided.
