AIA General Trading Company is looking for a Logistics Officer to join its team in Erbil. Responsibilities and Duties: - Track shipments from loading until arrival and final delivery. - Coordinate with shipping companies, transporters, and clearance agents. - Coordinate with the warehouse team regarding goods receipt and dispatch. - Monitor shipment arrival schedules and coordinate with the warehouse. - Follow up on shipping documentation and ensure completeness. - Update shipment tracking sheets and shipment status. - Monitor delays and logistical issues, escalating them to management when necessary. - Organize and archive all logistics files and documents. - Prepare regular reports on shipment movements. Requirements: - Previous experience in logistics, shipping, and transportation. - Proficiency in Arabic, Kurdish, and Turkish - mandatory. - English proficiency is a plus. - Strong organizational and follow-up skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. - High accuracy, commitment, and ability to work under pressure.
